近两年,我校在教研室的统一要求下,各个教研组备课组都积极行动,开展了“基于课堂观察下的有效听评课”的活动,通过这一活动的开展,提高了听评课的效率和针对性,更有利于教学各个环节的有效落实和改进。我认为这是是当前教育教学改革的一个重锤。“基于课堂观察下的有效听评课”的活动主要关注了以下课堂教学中的主要环节。1、课堂教学中,教师的课堂提问是否有效;2、教师对学生回答问题情况的评价是否准确有效;
