[目的]制订无锡地区健康人群尿硫氰酸盐(urinary thiocyanate,USCN)参考值范围,为职业毒物接触工人健康监护评价提供参考依据。[方法]从无锡市计量局、公安局、职业技术学校等非职业接触单位员工中随机选取416人进行健康体检,依据吡啶-巴比妥酸分光光度法测定尿中硫氰酸盐含量,以尿肌酐含量校正结果。[结果]USCN水平检测结果呈正偏态分布。无锡地区吸烟者USCN水平(肌酐校正)正常参考值为≤13.33 mg/g(以Cr计)、非吸烟者为≤6.31 mg/g(以Cr计)。年龄、性别不是USCN水平的影响因素,但吸烟者USCN水平高于非吸烟者(P<0.05)。[结论]建议无锡地区尿硫氰酸盐水平(肌酐校正)正常参考值为≤13.33 mg/g(以Cr计)。
[Objective] To establish a reference value range of urinary thiocyanate (USCN) for healthy population in Wuxi, and provide a reference for health care evaluation of workers exposed to occupational poison. [Method] 416 volunteers were randomly selected from non-occupational exposure units of Wuxi Bureau of Metrology, Public Security Bureau, Vocational and Technical School for physical examination. The content of thiocyanate in urine was determined by pyridine-barbituric acid spectrophotometry Urinary creatinine content correction results. [Results] The results of USCN test showed a positive skewed distribution. The normal reference value for USCN levels (creatinine correction) for smokers in Wuxi is ≤13.33 mg / g as Cr, and for non-smokers ≤6.31 mg / g for Cr. Age and gender were not the influencing factors of USCN level, but USCN level of smokers was higher than non-smokers (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The normal reference value of urinary thiocyanate level (creatinine correction) in Wuxi is recommended to be ≤13.33 mg / g (Cr).
