本文对桥梁疲劳检算的下列新观点进行介绍: 1.不是最大应力σ_(max),而是应力脉σ_R是一个决定性因素; 2.全世界的疲劳试验资料和设计规范都应搜集,借能扩大我们对这一问题的知识; 3.不是一个标准列车活载,而是实际的列车活载谱应当用于桥梁疲劳检算; 4.用Miner的规则进行积伤计算,可以将列车活载谱换算为一简单的等效列车活载,并用之于疲劳检算。
In this paper, the following new concepts of bridge fatigue assessment are introduced: 1. It is not the maximum stress σ max, but the stress pulse σ R is a decisive factor. 2.
