目的 ]为开发和利用葡萄籽提供科学依据。 [方法 ]对酿酒后的“白羽”等葡萄籽中功效成分脂肪酸 (气相色谱法 )、总黄酮 (比色法 )及白藜芦醇 (高效液相色谱法 )进行了测定。 [结果 ]葡萄籽中不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪的89 % ,其中亚油酸占 73 % ;总黄酮含量为 13 0 6mg/ g ;白藜芦醇含量为 117 0mg/ 10 0g。当年产新鲜的“大泽山玫瑰香”葡萄籽及皮中白藜芦醇含量分别为 12 44 7,3 4 4 2mg/ 10 0g。[结论 ]葡萄籽是必需脂肪酸亚油酸、黄酮及白藜芦醇的良好来源 ,具有较大的开发价值
Objective] To provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of grape seed. [Method] The active ingredients such as fatty acid (gas chromatography), total flavonoids (colorimetric method) and resveratrol (high performance liquid chromatography) in the grape seed of “white feather” after brewing were measured. [Result] Unsaturated fatty acid in grape seed accounted for 89% of the total fat, of which linoleic acid accounted for 73%, total flavonoid content 136.06 mg / g and resveratrol content 117 0mg / 100g. When the annual fresh “Dazeshan Rose Fragrance” grape seed and skin Resveratrol content were 12 447,34 4 2mg / 100g. [Conclusion] Grape seed is a good source of essential fatty acids linoleic acid, flavonoids and resveratrol, which has great development value
