目的分析2013—2014年广西部分介入放射工作人员职业性外照射个人剂量监测情况和存在的问题。方法选取广西3个地市的介入放射工作人员为调查对象,采用Li F(Mg,Cu,P)热释光个人剂量计(TLD),按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人剂量监测规范》的要求,定期对介入放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测。结果 2013—2014年监测的介入放射工作人员总数为1 038人,人均年有效剂量分别为0.45和0.51 m Sv/a,年有效剂量小于5 m Sv/a的人数占监测总人数的比例分别为98.8%和98.2%,监测结果中未出现超过20 m Sv/a的介入放射工作人员。结论 2013—2014年广西介入放射工作人员个人剂量水平较低,提高介入放射工作人员防护意识,加强防护管理和改善放射工作环境,可进一步有效降低剂量水平。
Objective To analyze the personal dose monitoring of occupational exposure to some radiation workers in Guangxi from 2013 to 2014 and the existing problems. Methods Interventional radiation workers from 3 cities in Guangxi were selected as the investigation subjects. The Li F (Mg, Cu, P) thermoluminescence personal dosimeter (TLD) was used in accordance with GBZ 128-2002 “Personal External Exposure Monitoring Dosimetry ”The requirements of regular intervention of radiation workers for personal dose monitoring. Results The total number of interventional radiologists monitored in 2013-2014 was 1 038, the annual per capita effective doses were 0.45 and 0.51 m Sv / a, respectively. The annual effective dose of less than 5 m Sv / a accounted for the total number of monitored persons as 98.8% and 98.2% respectively. No interventional radiological staff over 20 mSv / a appeared in the monitoring results. Conclusion The low dose of interventional radiologists in Guangxi during 2013-2014 can further reduce the dose level by raising the awareness of interventional radiation workers, strengthening protection management and improving the radiation working environment.
