【项目一：抗衰老、防骨质疏松食品胶囊】
　　主要内容：如何防范老年性骨质疏松骨折及寻找出能在日常生活中方便摄取补钙的方法是十分重要的课题。广东某科学院经过8年的艰苦努力，研究开发出具备上述条件的抗衰老、防骨质疏松食品胶囊。功能一：促进成骨细胞的生成，生成类骨之后加速钙的沉寂。功能二：抑制破骨细胞的增加，减少钙的流失。
　　现有条件：拥有成熟的生产、管理技术及销售体系。在开发区内购地新建标准工业厂房。水、电、通讯等条件具备。
　　合作方式：融资1500万元人民币。其中：土地、厂房500万元，设备350万元，流动资金600万元，其它为50万元。技术提供方技术入股合作，比例不少于35%。
　　投资总额：融资1500万元人民币。
　　
　　【项目二：年产1000万片TN/STN液晶显示器项目】
　　主要内容：本项目技术使用国内著名大学科研技术成果生产TN/STN液晶显示芯片。该产品可广泛用于电子玩具、电话机、移动通信设备、家用电器、电子表等各种信息显示领域，市场需求量极大。
　　国家统计资料显示，到1999年底为止，我国的空调产量大约在3500万台以上；传呼机的产量在1000万台左右；电话机的年产量1.6亿台；使用液晶显示器的笔记本计算机的产量为2020万台，数字相机的产量为450-500万台，数字摄像机的产量为6500万台；LCD监视器的产量为9000万台。以上产品都使用到液晶显示器。
　　现有条件：租用开发区内现有标准工业厂房进行改造。水、电、通讯、道路等条件具备。合作方式：拟融资金额为2650万元人民币，用于厂房改造、流动资金及其它等。技术合作占股比例35%。

　　I. Anti-aging, Anti-esteoporosis Food Capsule
　　Project description: It is an important subject to prevent senile esteoporosis and senile esteoclasis and find ways to enable people to absorb calcium easily from their daily food intake. A research academy in Guangdong, after eight years of research, has developed a food capsule that can slow down the aging process and prevent senile esteoporosis.
　　The capsule uses extract ingredients, which are non-toxic and contain no heavy metals.
　　Existing conditions: Project initiator has mature production and managerial expertise as well as sales channels. New standard workshop buildings are available in the Zhanjiang Economic and Technolgical Development Zone, with all infrastructure facilities in place.
　　Form of cooperation: Project initiator seeks a loan of 15 million yuan. Of the money, 5 million yuan will be for workshops and land use; 3.5 million yuan for equipment, 6 million yuan as operational capital; and 500,000 yuan to cover other expenses. Technology as investment will account for no less than a 35% equity share.
　　Total investment: 15 million yuan.
　　
　　II. LCD Chip Project
　　Project description: The project uses technology developed by a prestigious domestic university to produce 10 million TN/SIN liquid crystal display (LCD) chips a year. Such chips are widely used for data display on electronic toys, telephone sets, cell phones, consumer electronics, home appliances and electronic watches. Demand for the chip is huge.
　　Existing conditions: Standard workshop buildings are available in the Zhanjiang development zone, as are supplies of water, power and telecom services.
　　Form of cooperation: The project initiator seeks a loan of 26.5 million yuan, which will be used for purchasing equipment and transforming factory buildings and as operational fund. Technology will account for a 35% equity share.
