患者女性 ,6 4岁。因双下肢麻木无力 ,进行性加重 3个月 ,于 1999年 2月 2 3日入院。查体 :浅表淋巴结无肿大 ,心肺未见异常 ,肝脾未及 ,沿脊柱无压叩痛 ,胸10 水平以下痛觉减退 ,右下肢痛温觉较对侧减退 ,双下肢肌张力正常 ,肌力Ⅱ级 ,巴氏征阳性。胸部Ｘ线片、腹部Ｂ超均未见
Female patient, 6 4 years old. Due to numbness in both lower extremities, she was progressively aggravated for 3 months and admitted to hospital on February 23, 1999. Physical examination: no enlargement of superficial lymph nodes, no abnormalities in heart and lung, no liver and spleen, no pressure and pain along the spine, hypothyroidism below the chest 10 level, pain perception in the right lower limb was lower than that in the contralateral lower limb, muscle tension was normal in the lower limbs, Muscle strength class II, Pakistani sign positive.
