目的研究缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)和CD_(105)在人脑胶质瘤中的相关性表达。方法收集南通附属医院病理科2008年12月—2011年12月的胶质瘤组织蜡块60例,用免疫组织化学SP法来检测人脑胶质瘤和6例脑创伤经颅脑减压术后的正常脑组织中HIF-1α和CD_(105)的表达。结果 CD_(105)表达与胶质瘤级别呈正相关(r=0.617,P<0.01)。CD_(105)抗体标记的MVD和HIF-1α的表达呈正相关(r=0.686,P<0.01)。结论 HIF-1α及CD_(105)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达和胶质瘤级别呈正相关,CD_(105)抗体标记的MVD和HIF-1α蛋白的表达呈正相关。
Objective To study the expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) and CD_ (105) in human glioma. Methods 60 cases of glioma tissue paraffin blocks from December 2008 to December 2011 in Nantong Affiliated Hospital of Nantong were collected for detecting glioma and 6 cases of traumatic brain injury by transcranial decompression The expression of HIF-1α and CD_ (105) in normal brain tissue was detected. Results CD_ (105) expression was positively correlated with glioma grade (r = 0.617, P <0.01). The expression of CD105 markedly correlated with the expression of HIF-1α (r = 0.686, P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of HIF-1α and CD 105 in human glioma is positively correlated with the grade of glioma. The expression of CD105 markedly correlated with the expression of HIF-1α protein.
