近年来,城市内涝频发,排水系统发展问题成为社会焦点,值得深入研究。本文从供求的视角,以系统论为基础,以协同学理论为指导,通过评价指标体系的构建和协调度模型的应用对城市排水系统的协调发展进行研究,并对2002—2012年天津排水系统发展情况进行了实证研究。结果表明:2002-2012年间,天津市排水系统的需求系统有序度从0.015上升到0.944,供给系统有序度也从0.014上升为0.704;而供需协调度由2003年的0.0564增长到2013年的0.8001。可见,天津市排水系统的供求处在协调发展的轨迹上,并呈逐年提高的趋势。此外,本文还从信息管理、系统规模以及运营水平三方面,对天津市排水系统的未来优化愿景提出了建议。
In recent years, frequent urban waterlogging and drainage system development have become the focus of society and deserve further study. This article from the perspective of supply and demand, based on the theory of the system, guided by the synergetics theory, studies the coordinated development of urban drainage system through the construction of the evaluation index system and the application of the model of coordination degree.
