马克思主义哲学是近现代人类历史上最具科学价值的哲学理论,习近平同志在中共中央政治局第十一次集体学习时强调:“推动全党学习历史唯物主义基本原理和方法论,努力把马克思主义哲学作为自己的看家本领。”高校作为培育祖国人才的主要阵地,必须学会与时俱进,根据习近平总书记的指示,要在高校发展马克思主义哲学,把发展马克思主义哲学也作为学校工作的看家本领。我作为一名新晋的高校辅导员,在学生管理工作中碰到的新问题和新情况要学会运用马克思主义哲学的基本原理去解决,能够提升学生管理工作的服务意识以及激发学生的对于生活学习的热情,这对高校学生管理工作具有重要指导作用。
