本文基于网络分析方法,提出一个网络演化分析框架。该框架引入关键事件的概念,试图通过企业网络所不断发生的激进式变化来理解企业网络的演变,特别对两个方面进行强调:其一,企业网络演变的机制是循环的,而不是单向的;其二,与传统研究方法相比,关注环境对企业关系的影响,特别强调双边关系的变化对与之相链接的其他关系的影响。此外,文章以郑州宇通客车为例,对其进行了实证研究。
Based on the network analysis method, this paper proposes a network evolution analysis framework. This framework introduces the concept of key events in an attempt to understand the evolution of enterprise networks through radical changes in corporate networks. In particular, it emphasizes two aspects: First, the evolution of enterprise networks is a mechanism of evolution rather than one-way Secondly, compared with the traditional research methods, we pay attention to the impact of environment on the relationship between enterprises, with special emphasis on the influence of the change of bilateral relations on the other relations linked to it. In addition, the article takes Zhengzhou Yutong Bus as an example and conducts an empirical research on it.
