目的:探讨曲美他嗪在扩张型心肌病心力衰竭中的治疗效果。方法:选取江门市中心医院2012年7月至2016年6月共126例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,以随机分配为原则,分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组进行常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在此基础上给予曲美他嗪进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者超声心动图指标均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭中具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者心功能,促进患者的康复。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine in heart failure with dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods: A total of 126 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure from July 2012 to June 2016 in Jiangmen Central Hospital were enrolled as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 63 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure. The observation group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the above results, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The echocardiographic parameters in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Trimetazidine treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure has a good clinical efficacy, can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function and promote patient’s recovery.
