目的:描述团队协作服务的药学实践模式,分析该实践模式面临的机遇和挑战。方法:分别从服务对象、人员设置、硬件设施、服务流程和内容、结果等方面对团队协作服务中的药学实践进行描述,并查阅文献,与国内外药师参与门诊的业务模式进行比较。结果:已为近2000例患者提供药学服务,并实现收取药学服务费用。结论:团队协作服务是药师为患者提供药学服务的一种有效方法。
Objective: To describe the pharmacy practice mode of team collaboration service and to analyze the opportunities and challenges it faces. Methods: The pharmaceutical practice in team collaboration service was described from the aspects of service object, staffing, hardware facilities, service flow, contents and results respectively. The literature was compared with the business models of domestic and foreign pharmacists participating in outpatient service. Results: Nearly 2000 patients have been provided with pharmaceutical services and pharmacies have been charged. Conclusion: Team collaboration services are an effective way for pharmacists to provide pharmacy services to patients.
