【目的】评估足月小样儿神经行为发育情况,并探讨其神经行为发育与血糖间关系。【方法】采用新生儿行为神经测定(neonatal behavioral neurological assessment,NBNA)评分对61例足月小样儿和110例正常足月新生儿进行血糖测定和行为神经评分并进行比较。【结果】足月小样儿组NBNA总分及各项评分均低于正常对照组,足月小样儿组中低血糖者NBNA总分及各项评分均低于血糖正常者。【结论】应用NBNA测定可以及时准确的对其神经行为发育进行评估,低血糖是足月小样儿行为神经发育低下的一个重要因素。
【Objective】 To evaluate the neurobehavioral development of full-term children and explore the relationship between their neurobehavioral development and blood glucose. 【Methods】 The neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) score was used to evaluate the blood glucose and behavioral neurological scores of 61 full-term children and 110 normal term newborns. [Results] The total score of NBNA and its scores in term full-term small sample group were lower than those in normal control group. The total score of NBNA and all the scores of low-blood sugar in full-term small sample group were lower than those with normal blood sugar. 【Conclusion】 The application of NBNA can evaluate the neurobehavioral development timely and accurately. Hypoglycemia is an important factor of behavioral neurodevelopment in term full-term children.
