介绍了支持CCD图像传感器的高性能SoC芯片的设计,芯片基本结构,与图像处理相关的功能部件的工作原理以及相关算法的硬件实现方法,以及相关的低功耗策略。在设计验证阶段,该设计采用基于平台的软硬件协同应验的方法,使得软件和硬件同时得到验证并缩短了整机系统的设计和联调周期,验证的结果表明其设计是基本正确的。这种设计验证方法对于其他领域的应用也具有重要的借鉴意义。
The design of high performance SoC chip supporting CCD image sensor, the basic structure of the chip, the working principle of the functional components related to the image processing, the hardware implementation of the related algorithms and the related low power consumption strategy are introduced. In the design verification phase, the design adopts the method of platform-based hardware and software collaborative verification, which makes the software and hardware verified simultaneously and shortens the design cycle of the whole system. The verification results show that the design is basically correct. This design verification method for other areas of application also has important reference.
