天津市卫生计生委高度重视儿童医疗服务工作,将此项工作作为全市医疗卫生事业发展的重要内容。针对儿童医疗服务薄弱问题,2016年天津市卫生计生委等5部门联合印发的《关于加强儿童医疗卫生服务工作的实施方案》,提出:加强人才队伍建设,采取10项措施实施岗位吸引,提高儿科医务人员数量和质量;完善服务体系建设,明确各级各类医疗卫生机构职责,落实儿童医疗卫生服务领域分级诊疗制度;
