电子商务的兴起促使了线上线下同时存在双渠道供应链的形成。本文将数量弹性契约与收益共享契约进行结合,考虑制造商、分销商和零售商同时存在的三级供应链,分析了联合契约下制造商双渠道供应链的库存决策策略。证明了联合契约可以对制造商、分销商和零售商之间的决策行为进行协调,同时增加三者的利润,使得供应链的整体利润达到最优。
The rise of e-commerce has promoted the formation of dual-channel supply chain at the same time. In this paper, we combine the quantitative elastic contract with the revenue-sharing contract, and consider the three-level supply chain that exists at the same time as the manufacturer, the distributor and the retailer. The inventory decision-making strategy of the manufacturer’s dual-channel supply chain under the joint contract is analyzed. It is proved that the joint contract can coordinate the decision-making behavior among manufacturers, distributors and retailers, and increase the profits of the three to maximize the overall profit of the supply chain.
