现在档案馆普遍存在着一种现象“重管轻读”,也就是说, 档案管理人员只重视对档案的保管,却不重视对档案内容的解读。虽说这种现象由来已久,但如果不引起重视,势必严重制约档案信息资源的开发、档案的编研以及档案的提供利用等一些基础性工作。 Archives now widespread the phenomenon of “heavy tube light read,” that is, the file management staff only focus on the custody of the file, but do not attach importance to the interpretation of the contents of the file.
