The Regulations on Urban Ethnic Work is the first administrative law of our country’s urban work and the concrete implementation of the constitution on the principle of national equality in urban work. It is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for consolidating and developing the new-type socialist relations of equality, solidarity and mutual assistance in our country and for further promoting the cause of national unity and progress in our cities.
