化瘀解毒汤系皮持衡教授多年治疗慢性肾脏疾病的经验方,临床效果满意.为了探讨其作用机理,为临床提供客观依据,我们选用了单侧输尿管梗阻(Unilateral ureteral obstruction,UUO)诱导肾间质纤维化动物模型,着重探讨了化瘀解毒汤对尿α1－微球蛋白(α1．MG)及尿蛋白的作用.现报告
Professor Huan Heng Jie Tang Tang Zhiheng has many years experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. His clinical results are satisfactory. To explore its mechanism of action and provide an objective basis for clinical use, we have selected Unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) to induce kidney disease. The animal model of interstitial fibrosis focuses on the effect of Huayujiedu decoction on urinary α1-microglobulin (α1.MG) and urinary protein.
