目的：对比分析白内障复明手术中晶状体超声乳化吸除术和小切口非超声乳化晶状体摘除术的手术效果。方法2014年1月至2015年3月白内障患者404例（404眼），其中超声乳化术102例（102眼），分13批由外院超声乳化专家协助指导完成手术；小切口非超声乳化手术302例（302眼）由本院高年资医师完成手术，两组均联合人工晶状体植入术，观察两组的手术效果及并发症。结果两组患者均获得较好的手术效果，两组术后第3天视力比较差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。术后1个月复查视力相近，差异未见统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。结论两种手术方式疗效相近，在基层医院适合共同开展，可根据具体情况选择术式，但超声乳化手术是发展趋势。“,”Objective To compare the clinical effects of lens phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification on cataract extraction. Methods The medical records of 404 eyes of 404 patients who underwent cataract extraction from January 2014 and March 2015 were reviewed. Among them,102 cases(102 eyes)of phacoemulsification were divided into 13 batches,and the experts from outside hospital helped guide the completion of phacoemulsification surgery. The other 302 cases(302 eyes)of small incision phacoemulsification underwent by senior physicians from our hospital to complete the operation. Both groups were combined with intraocular lens implantation,and the surgical results and complications were observed. Results Both groups had better re-sults of operations,and the postoperative visual acuity difference was significant on the 3rd day after operation(P ﹤ 0. 05). They had similar vision after one month review,the difference was not significant(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion The two surgical methods have similar effects,and they are all suitable for primary hospital,but phacoemulsification is the development trend.
