目的:建立全蝎商品药材中水溶性蛋白质含量测定方法,为评价全蝎药材质量通过依据。方法:冰箱低温水浸渍、提取,考马斯亮蓝G-250溶液显色,可见分光光度法测定,10批不同全蝎药材商品中水溶性蛋白质的含量。结果:各样品中水溶性蛋白质的含量,以牛血清蛋白计,在60~464μg范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=0.001 6X+0.0734,相关系数r=0.9997。结论:该方法适用于全蝎药材的水溶性蛋白质的含量测定,可作为控制全蝎药材质量的方法之一。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of water-soluble protein in Scorpion’s medicinal materials, and to evaluate the quality of scorpion’s medicinal materials. Methods: The refrigerator was immersed in low temperature water and extracted. The color of Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 solution was observed. The content of water-soluble protein in 10 batches of Scorpio medicinal products was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The content of water-soluble protein in each sample was bovine serum albumin. The linear range was 60 ~ 464μg. The regression equation was Y = 0.001 6X + 0.0734, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of water-soluble protein in Scorpio, which can be used as one of the methods to control the quality of scorpion.
