脑泰方对SD大鼠凝血功能的影响

目的:观察脑泰方对SD大鼠凝血功能的影响。方法:将SPF级72只SD大鼠随机分6组:空白组、模型组、脑泰方低、中、高剂量组、阳性对照组;空白组、模型组按0.1 m L/(kg·d)给予生理盐水灌胃,脑泰方低、中、高剂量组按0.19 g/(kg·d)、0.39 g/(kg·d)、0.77 g/(kg·d)给予脑泰方煎液灌胃,阳性对照组按0.72 g/(kg·d)给予复方血栓通片灌胃,连续灌胃3 d。末次给药1 h后,开始造模取血,观察颈总动脉血栓形成时间、测定血小板聚集率及凝血四项。结果:脑泰方各剂量组可使大鼠血栓形成时间明显延长,各剂量组的出血时间、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间均较模型组明显延长(P<0.05),且对ADP诱导的血小板聚集有明显抑制作用。结论:脑泰方具有明显的改善微循环、抑制血栓形成作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of Nao Tai Fang on the coagulation function of SD rats. Methods: Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats with SPF were randomly divided into 6 groups: the blank group, the model group, the low, medium and high dose Nao Tai Fang group and the positive control group. The blank group and the model group were treated with 0.1 m L / (kg · d ) Were given intragastric administration of normal saline. Brain-Thai Fang decoction was given at 0.19 g / (kg · d), 0.39 g / (kg · d) and 0.77 g / (kg · d) Gavage, positive control group according to 0.72 g / (kg · d) given Xueshuantong tablets gavage, continuous gavage 3 d. One hour after the last administration, model blood collection was started, the time of carotid artery thrombosis was observed, and the platelet aggregation rate and coagulation were measured. Results: The cerebral thrombosis time in each dose group was significantly longer than that in the model group (P <0.05). The bleeding time, thrombin time, prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time in each dose group were significantly longer than those in the model group (P <0.05) , And ADP-induced platelet aggregation was significantly inhibited. Conclusion: Nao Tai Fang can significantly improve microcirculation and inhibit thrombosis.
