本文介绍了在工业生产中采用含20%CaO渣重熔斯贝发动机用材S/607马氏体不锈钢的试验工艺及其结果。本文认为50%CaF_2—20%CaO—30%Al_2O_3渣具有较高的碱度和较大的表面张力,有利于降低钢中的含氧量和促进钢中夹杂物的去除。因此,比普遍采用的70%CaF_2—30%AlO_3渣可获得较高的纯洁度,较低的氧含量,而且钢锭成份均匀,表面良好,组织致密。
This paper describes the experimental process and results of S / 607 martensitic stainless steel for remelting Spey engine containing 20% CaO slag in industrial production. In this paper, 50% CaF_2-20% CaO-30% Al_2O_3 slag is considered to have high alkalinity and large surface tension, which is beneficial to reduce the oxygen content in steel and to promote the removal of inclusions in steel. As a result, higher purity, lower oxygen content than the commonly used 70% CaF 2 - 30% AlO 3 slag results in uniform ingot composition, good surface texture and compact structure.
