目的分析克拉霉素与阿奇霉素在非淋菌性尿道炎治疗中的临床疗效并对比分析。方法对本院2012年11月-2016年12月期间收治的非淋菌尿道炎患者中80例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用克拉霉素治疗的40例患者分为对照组,采用阿奇霉素治疗的40例患者分为观察组,对两组患者治疗效果及治疗后情况进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,随访发现观察组患者复发率也低于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗非淋菌性尿道炎采用阿奇霉素比克拉霉素效果更好,复发几率更低,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of clarithromycin and azithromycin in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis and compare the results. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with nongonococcal urethritis admitted from November 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 40 patients treated with clarithromycin were divided into control group and azithromycin 40 patients were divided into observation group, the two groups of patients with treatment and post-treatment conditions were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group. The recurrence rate of observation group was also lower than that of control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Clinical treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis with azithromycin better than clavamicin, lower recurrence rate, with high clinical value.
