目的:探讨床旁心脏临时起搏的安全可靠性。方法:在床旁无X线显示下根据体表心电图对156例因各种心律失常应用气囊漂浮电极床旁临时起搏的病例进行总结分析,130例采用左锁骨下静脉,13例采用右锁骨下静脉,12例采用右股静脉,1例采用右颈内静脉。结果:153例起搏成功,未出现心肌穿孔、血气胸等并发症。通过起搏心电图和导管深度指导下应用漂浮电极起搏成功率98%。结论:应用气囊漂浮电极进行床旁心脏临时起搏是一项安全、有效、可行的起搏方法。
Objective: To investigate the safety and reliability of temporary cardiac pacing in bedside. Methods: According to the body surface electrocardiogram (ECG), 156 cases of temporary cardiac pacing caused by various arrhythmias were studied in the absence of X-ray at the bedside. 130 cases of left subclavian vein and 13 cases of right clavicle The inferior vena cava, 12 cases of right femoral vein, 1 case of right internal jugular vein. Results: 153 cases of successful pacing, no myocardial perforation, pneumothorax and other complications. Floating electrode pacing success rate of 98% under the guidance of pacing ECG and catheter depth. Conclusion: Temporary pacing of bedside with balloon floating electrode is a safe, effective and feasible pacing method.
