Comrade Wanda is a respected old leader. Since his southward journey to Hunan in 1949 for more than 50 years, he has traveled all over the three Xiangs and Four Rivers, making an indelible contribution to the socialist revolution and construction of socialism in our province for the cause of reform, opening up and modernization. It is an important advocate, organizer and promoter of our province’s concern for the next generation of work. He has successively held the post of Provincial Honorary Chairman of the Association for Next Generation Care
