在羽毛球训练与教学中,力量训练是最基本的课程。随着近几年竞技体育的不断发展,普通的力量训练俨然已经达不到人们的训练需要,核心力量的训练开始引起广泛关注。然而关于羽毛球核心力量训练的研究在国内学术界还属于一个新课题,都还处于摸索阶段,研究的学者也为数不多。本文笔者通过总结其概念与作用,对羽毛球核心力量的训练做进一步的分析与探讨,为当下从事相关课题研究的学者提供参考。
In badminton training and teaching, strength training is the most basic course. With the continuous development of competitive sports in recent years, ordinary strength training seems to have reached the needs of people’s training, the training of core forces began to attract widespread attention. However, the research on the badminton core strength training belongs to a new topic in the domestic academic circles, and is still in the groping stage with few scholars studying. Through summarizing its concept and function, the author analyzes and discusses the training of the badminton core forces for reference, and provides references for the scholars engaged in the research of related topics.
