法国媒体21日说,尽管全球经济复苏迟缓,但外国企业对华投资热情不减,投资的热门领域转向零售和消费行业。法国《费加罗报》当天发表的文章援引路透社最新公布的数据说,今年年初以来,外国投资者参与的在华并购交易总额比去年同期增加了近一倍,达到71亿美元,其中一半的并购交易涉及零售和消费领域。法媒认为这一特点是中国经济转型升级带来的变化。
