针对通用处理器芯片在控制系统设计中可移植性差、执行效率低等缺陷,本文创新性地设计开发了基于IEC61131-3标准的控制程序执行器IP核。该IP核支持基于IL语言的32位定长指令集格式,具备高移植性,可协助SoC(System on Chip)完成各类复杂控制程序的处理。经测试,该IP核在50MHz工作频率下PCmix值达到2.9,实现了控制程序执行的高速度、高效率和高稳定性,同时也解放了CPU内核用以处理其它的重要紧急事务。
In view of the defects of common processor chip in control system design such as poor portability and low execution efficiency, this paper innovatively designed and developed IP core of control program executor based on IEC61131-3 standard. The IP core supports 32-bit fixed-length instruction set format based on IL language and is highly portable. It can help SoC (System on Chip) to handle all kinds of complex control programs. After testing, the IP core achieves a PCmix value of 2.9 at 50MHz operating frequency, enabling high-speed, high-efficiency and high-stability control program execution while also liberating the CPU core to handle other critical emergencies.
