线粒体融合蛋白2(Mfn2)是广泛分布于线粒体外膜、线粒体与内质网结合膜,负责参与调控线粒体形态和功能的多重功能蛋白。同时,Mfn2作为一个重要的细胞内信号分子,参与细胞的代谢、增殖、凋亡等过程,其介导的一系列生物学功能也与高血压、急性缺血/再灌损伤、扩张性心肌病等多种心血管疾病的发生机制和发展过程密切相关。本文将对Mfn2在心血管疾病方面的一些研究现状做一简单综述。
Mitochondrial fusion protein 2 (Mfn2) is a multifunctional protein that is widely distributed in mitochondrial outer membrane, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum and is involved in the regulation of mitochondria morphology and function. At the same time, Mfn2 is an important intracellular signaling molecule involved in the process of metabolism, proliferation and apoptosis of cells, and its series of biological functions are also associated with hypertension, acute ischemia / reperfusion injury, dilated cardiomyopathy A variety of cardiovascular diseases such as the pathogenesis and development are closely related. This article will give a brief overview of some current research status of Mfn2 in cardiovascular diseases.
