第十二章建设用地使用权第一百三十五条建设用地使用权人依法对国家所有的土地享有占有、使用和收益的权利,有权利用该土地建造建筑物、构筑物及其附属设施。
Chapter XII Right to Use Land for Construction Article 135 The right holder of a land for construction use shall have the right to possession, use and return of the land owned by the state according to law and have the right to use the land to build buildings, structures and ancillary facilities therefor.
