为探讨不同栽培管理方式下土壤DTPA浸提态铁(Fe)锰(Mn)铜(Cu)锌(Zn)含量的特征,采用野外采样及室内分析方法,对上海郊区大棚及露地栽培体系下有机和常规农业生产系统中土壤不同土层DTPA-Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量进行对比研究。结果表明,有机生产系统的DTPA-Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量均高于常规生产方式,露地有机园艺管理耕作层DTPA-Mn、Cu、Zn浓度高于常规管理,而DTPA-Fe则反之。统计分析结果表明,不同栽培管理方式对DTPA-Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量具有显著性影响,且大棚条件下更为明显。因此,不同栽培管理方式改变了土壤DTPA浸提态铁锰铜锌的分布及其特性。
In order to explore the characteristics of soil DTPA leaching of iron (Fe) manganese (Mn) Cu (Cu) and zinc (Zn) in soils under different cultivation and management methods, field sampling and laboratory analysis were used to analyze the effects of organic And DTPA-Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in different soil layers in conventional agricultural production system. The results showed that the contents of DTPA-Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in organic production system were higher than those in conventional production. The concentrations of DTPA-Mn, Cu and Zn in organic farming-managed tillage layer in open field were higher than those in conventional management while DTPA-Fe was the contrary. Statistical analysis showed that different cultivation management methods had a significant effect on DTPA-Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn contents, and more obvious under the greenhouse conditions. Therefore, different cultivation and management methods changed the distribution and characteristics of soil DTPA-leached Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn.
