以坚持参加三个月新大众健美操锻炼的非健美操专业女大学生为研究对象,从解决女大学生身体形态问题和提高健美操锻炼的科学化角度出发,对女大学生身体围度和体成分等身体形态指标进行研究,为从事健美操锻炼的女大学生提供改善身体围度和体成分的数据并给予相应的理论支持。研究发现,通过三个月的新大众健美操的锻炼女大学生身体形态得到有效改善并且可以去除体内多余脂肪,降低脂肪百分比,塑造健美体形。
