本文在热风对流干燥实验台上进行污泥薄层等温干燥特性的实验研究,获得了一定风速下温度对薄层含水率影响规律.基于多元系热力学原理,构建了薄层含水率的双结构预测模型.基于热力学极值原理,分析污泥水分迁移过程中吉布斯函数的变化规律,以对薄层干燥工况方案进行优化.结果表明:双结构模型可用于预测薄层含水率的变化情况;在2 m/s风速下,薄层含水率从80%降低到60%时,控制干燥温度为100℃左右;含水率从60%降低到10%,应保持干燥温度在150℃左右.“,”Isothermal drying characteristics of the sewage sludge thin-layer were investigated in hot air forced convective dryer.Influence of air temperature on moisture content of sewage sludge thin-layer at a constant air speed was obtained.Based on multicomponent thermodynamic principle,the two structure model of moisture content of thin-layer was developed.Using the thermodynamic extramum principle,variation of Gibbs function during moisture migration was analyzed in order to optimize operating condition of thin-layer drying of sewage sludge.The results indicated that the two structure model developed can be used for predicting the moisture content of sewage sludge thin-layer,and the optimal condition in this study was obtained:moisture content ranging from 80% to 60%corresponded to the optimal drying temperature of 100℃,while moisture content ranging from 60% to 10% corresponded to the drying temperature of 160℃.
