真核RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的最大亚基羧基末端结构域(CTD)在基因表达调控中扮演着重要角色。本文对CTD的基本特性及其磷酸化/非磷酸化状态转变在转录起始复合物形成、转录延长、转录后加工和特定基因转录调控等过程中发挥的作用进行了综述。
The largest subunit carboxyl terminal domain (CTD) of eukaryotic RNA polymerase II plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression. This review summarizes the basic characteristics of CTD and the role of its phosphorylation / non-phosphorylation transition in the formation of transcriptional initiation complexes, elongation of transcription, post-transcriptional processing and regulation of specific gene transcription.
