就业问题是我国当前和今后长期存在、事关国计民生和社会稳定的重大问题。目前,社会需求缓慢,而就业人数却大幅度增加,特别是年年增多的大学毕业生与下岗职工再就业这两大就业“洪峰”交汇,使就业遇到了前所未有的困难。大学生与下岗职工为两大就业群体,各有长短,只有相互学习、取长补短,才能充分发挥各自的优势,形成“双赢”格局,这样,他们不仅能较好的就业,而且成为创业者,成为向社会提供职位的佼佼者,从而在根本上缓解就业压力。
