本文对中国大陆的福建、湖北、云南、四川4个自然隔离群的13个县钉螺进行酯酶同工酶(EST)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)电泳酶谱比较,EST共出现10~14条酶带,MDH共出现3~4条酶带。比较它们的酶谱特征可见:(1)同一省内不同地区间钉螺的酶谱非常相似,具有较密切的亲缘关系;(2)四川、云南2省钉螺的酶谱特征差异较小,而与福建、湖北2省的酶谱比较,差异明显;(3)4个自然隔离群钉螺呈现为3个地理分布种群,分别分布于福建、湖北和滇川3个区域,各群体共有的EST酶带有3条,MDH酶带仅1条,其它酶带数目和电泳迁移率均呈现明显差异,提示它们在进化过程中已出现明显的分化
In this paper, esterase (EST) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) electrophoresis patterns of 13 snails from four natural isolates of Fujian, Hubei, Yunnan and Sichuan in mainland China were compared. 14 bands, MDH appeared in 3 to 4 bands. Comparison of their zymogram characteristics: (1) The snail zymogram was very similar in different regions of the same province, and had close genetic relationship; (2) The snail zymogram characteristics in two provinces of Sichuan and Yunnan differed slightly, Fujian province and Hubei province. (3) The four natural isolates of Oncomelania hupensis showed three geographical distribution populations, which were distributed in three regions of Fujian, Hubei and Yunnan respectively. The common EST bands There are three MDH enzyme bands only one, the number of other enzymes and electrophoretic mobility were significantly different, suggesting that they have evolved in the process of significant differentiation
