一、前言 在过去的十几年中,伴随着商业与贸易的全球化、新技术的高速发展、政府职能的转变以及运输业本身的不断成熟,运输作为一种服务行业,其市场竞争程度日益加剧。这种激烈的竞争加上托运人对物流增值服务的需求,使得运输战略从传统的生产导向转为市场与用户服务导向,市场竞争的焦点也已从价格转向服务特性。运输业的发展将面临着更加严峻的形势与挑战。
