阴囊坏疽临床上较少见,我院1994年～1999年共收治8例阴囊坏疽患者,现报告如下,并结合有关文献进行讨论。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 8例男性病人,平均年龄为54岁(31～70岁)。从开始出现症状到坏疽为3～10天(平均5.8天)。4例有直结肠疾病(肛周脓肿2例,痔疮切除术后1例,坐骨直肠窝脓肿1例),2例有泌尿系感染(尿道狭窄伴感染1例,尿道憩室伴感染1例),2例曾有阴囊受伤史。合并有糖尿病者4例,风心病二尖瓣 Scrotal gangrene is rare in clinical practice, our hospital from 1994 to 1999 were treated 8 cases of scrotum gangrene patients are reported as follows, combined with the relevant literature for discussion. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 8 cases of male patients, the average age of 54 years (31 to 70 years old). From the onset of symptoms to gangrene for 3 to 10 days (an average of 5.8 days). 4 cases had recurrent colonic disease (perianal abscess in 2 cases, hemorrhoidectomy in 1 case and ischial rectocele abscess in 1 case), 2 cases had urinary tract infection (urethral stricture with infection in 1 case, urethral diverticulum with infection in 1 case) 2 cases had scrotum injury history. 4 cases of diabetes mellitus, rheumatic mitral valve
