从我市1976年以来死因回顾调查中看到,肺癌死亡占恶性肿瘤首位。为探讨我市肺癌死亡率逐年上升的趋势,我们从1983年起将我市各大气监测点所测总悬浮颗粒物样品每月随机抽样3~7个样品进行总悬浮颗粒物中BaP含量的测定。BaP采用高压液相色谱法测定。测定结果表明:四年总悬浮颗粒物中BaP日均浓度年变化不大,四年间BaP用第90百分位数经Daniel的趋势检验,
From the review of the cause of death in our city since 1976, we can see that the death of lung cancer accounted for the first place of malignant tumors. In order to explore the trend of lung cancer mortality in our city increasing year by year, we measured the total suspended particulate matter (BaP) content in the total suspended particulates by randomly sampling 3 to 7 samples of the total suspended particulate matter measured at various atmospheric monitoring points in our city since 1983. BaP was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography. The results showed that the annual average concentration of BaP in four-year total suspended particulates did not change much in the past four years and BaP was tested by Daniel’s trend with the 90th percentile in four years.
