利用流体动力润滑理论阐述了挤压膜悬浮平台的可能性,在润滑工况假设方面提出了周期化的思想,在解决非定常雷诺方程时利用了周期化的初始条件,大大减少了非定常雷诺方程的运算量,并提高了收敛速度。最后给出了利用简单的实验装置给予挤压膜悬浮初步验证的方法。
The possibility of squeezing diaphragm suspension platform is expounded by hydrodynamic lubrication theory. The idea of periodicity is put forward in the assumption of lubrication conditions, and the initial condition of periodicity is used in solving unsteady Reynolds equation, which greatly reduces the unsteady Reynolds number The computational complexity of the equations increases the convergence rate. Finally, a simple experimental apparatus is used to give a preliminary verification of squeeze film suspension.
