研究了冷处理对42CrMo钢和40CrNiMo钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,冷处理并不能明显改善钢的显微组织或提高钢的常温力学性能,但能显著提高钢的低温(-40℃)冲击吸收功。本实验条件下,42CrMo钢和40CrNiMo钢经860℃淬火后,进行-70℃冷处理,最后在590℃回火,其低温冲击吸收功最佳。
The effects of cold treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 42CrMo steel and 40CrNiMo steel were studied. The results show that cold treatment does not significantly improve the microstructure of steel or improve the mechanical properties of steel at room temperature, but can significantly improve the low temperature (-40 ℃) impact energy absorption. Under the experimental conditions, 42CrMo steel and 40CrNiMo steel after quenching at 860 ℃, cold treatment at -70 ℃, and finally at 590 ℃ tempering, the best impact energy absorption at low temperature.
