本文通过调查分析北京市西城区2009-2011年初、高中新生的营养和血压情况,旨在为科学地进行健康干预提供依据。研究抽取北京市西城区6所中学2009-2011年入学的初、高一新生5 607名,进行身体体质、血压情况进行分析。体检结果显示,总超重和肥胖检出率在14.83%~19.95%和11.46%~18.83%之间。初、高中一年级男生的超重和肥胖率均明显高于女生,高一女生的肥胖率低于初一女生(P<0.01或0.05)。较低体重和营养不良率在29.66%~37.65%、6.82%~14.92%之间,初、高一男生的较低体重率与女生相近,而营养不良率明显高于女生。高血压检出率在13.27%~29.30%之间,男、女生之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素相关与回归分析收缩压/舒张压男生高于女生,随年龄、BMI增加收缩压/舒张压增加。青少年的肥胖已成为主要健康问题之一,应进一步加强健康行为干预。
This paper investigates the nutrition and blood pressure of high school freshmen in Xicheng District, Beijing from the beginning of 2009-2011 through investigation and investigation, which aims to provide scientific basis for health intervention. Multivariate correlation and regression analysis of systolic / diastolic pressure boys than girls, with age, BMI increased systolic blood pressure / diastolic blood pressure increased. Adolescent obesity has become one of the major health problems and health behavior intervention should be further strengthened.
