目的:探讨钼靶X线摄影联合超声弹性成像在判断乳腺肿块性质中的价值研究。方法:选择92例患者,共100个乳腺肿块,分别进行钼靶X线摄影、超声弹性成像,分别判断肿块的良恶性,按分析方法分为3组:钼靶X线摄影组、超声弹性成像组,钼靶X线摄影和超声弹性成像联合应用组,最后做统计学分析。结果:100个乳腺肿块中病理证实恶性肿块54例,良性46例,钼靶X线检摄影检查恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为87%,91.3%,89%;超声弹性成像诊断恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为92.5%,89.1%,91%;钼靶X线摄影和超声弹性成像联合应用诊断恶性病变的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为96%,95.6%,96%。结论:钼靶联合超声弹性成像在判断乳腺肿块性质方面的价值大于两者单独应用的价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of mammography and ultrasound elastography in determining the nature of breast lumps. Methods: A total of 100 breast masses were selected from 92 patients. Mammography and ultrasound elastography were performed respectively to determine the benign and malignant masses. The specimens were divided into three groups according to the analysis method: mammography, ultrasound elastography Group, mammography and ultrasound elastography combined application group, and finally make a statistical analysis. Results: Among the 100 breast masses, 54 cases were pathologically proved malignant and 46 cases were benign. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of mammography were 87%, 91.3% and 89% respectively. Ultrasound elastography The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of malignant lesions were 92.5%, 89.1%, 91% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined mammography and ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of malignant lesions were 96% , 95.6%, 96%. Conclusion: The value of mammography combined with ultrasound elastography in judging the nature of breast masses is greater than the value of both alone.
