1 资料与方法 选择符合带状疱疹诊斯的病例24例,其中男16例,女8例;平均年龄44岁。临床表现主要为成簇状的水疱沿身体一侧的皮肤周围神经呈带状分布,均伴有神经痛,其中12例为肋间,8例为腰部,2例为头面部,2例为颈部。随机分为治疗组与对照组各12例。对照组只是对症治疗,治疗组在对症治疗的基础上,每天肌注1次聚肌胞2mg,连续5天为1疗程。结果治疗组疼痛缓解时间为4～6天,平均4.5天;对照组疼痛缓解时间为6～10天,平均为7.8天。治疗组疼痛缓解时间明显短于对照组。
1 Materials and Methods 24 patients with herpes zoster diagnosed, including 16 males and 8 females; mean age 44 years. Clinical manifestations were mainly clustered blisters along the body side of the skin around the nerve was banded, are associated with neuralgia, of which 12 cases of intercostal, 8 cases of lumbar, 2 cases of head and face, 2 cases of neck unit. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 12 cases. The control group was symptomatic treatment only. On the basis of symptomatic treatment, the treatment group received intramuscular injection of polyglutamicin 2 mg once a day for 5 days for 1 course of treatment. Results The pain relief time of the treatment group was 4 to 6 days with an average of 4.5 days. The pain relief time of the control group was 6 to 10 days with an average of 7.8 days. The treatment group pain relief time was significantly shorter than the control group.
