分析了马钢车轮轮箍厂火车轮热处理生产中存在的主要问题，阐述了对火车轮淬火方式及淬火设备的改造情况。实践表明，采用两面淬火方式能提高火车轮热处理性能。
The main problems existing in the heat treatment of the train wheel of the wheel plant in Ma’gang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. were analyzed. The ways of quenching the train wheels and the revamping of the quenching equipment were described. Practice shows that the use of both sides of quenching can improve the heat treatment performance of the train wheel.
