当前，管线工业发展十分迅猛，项目管理理念已广泛应用于长输管线项目中，贯穿于整个项目始终，是长输管线项目顺利开展的有利保障。基于此，本文结合长输管线项目的特点，从管理承包商、加强过程监管、安全防范、风险控制四个方面对长输管线工程项目管理展开探讨，以期为我国管线工业的发展起到一定促进作用。
