精子的形成是一个极其复杂的过程,热应激引起生精障碍的因素又是多种多样,本文拟综述热应激诱导生精细胞凋亡、生精细胞DNA完整性的破坏、HSP在热应激诱导生精障碍中的作用以及热应激诱导生精细胞微环境变化,并展望今后的研究方向。
The formation of sperm is an extremely complex process. The factors that cause the development of spermatogenic disorders due to heat stress are varied. This paper reviews the effects of heat stress on the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells and the DNA integrity of spermatogenic cells. The role of stress-induced spermatogenic disorders and heat stress-induced spermatogenic cell microenvironment changes, and look forward to the future research direction.
