随着世界经济的飞速发展,制造业的竞争变得日益激烈,制造商为了寻求自身的进一步发展逐渐向以顾客为中心、以服务为重点的新型服务质量竞争转变。本文基于供应链管理视角,研究A公司如何根据品牌特色在供应链环节中增加服务要素,分析电子制造企业如何向服务化转型以应对激烈的市场竞争。最后为我国制造企业服务化转型提出几点建议。
With the rapid development of the world economy, competition in the manufacturing industry has become increasingly fierce. Manufacturers seeking to further their own development gradually shift from focusing on customers and focusing on service-oriented new service quality. Based on the perspective of supply chain management, this paper studies how Company A adds service elements in the supply chain according to brand characteristics and analyzes how electronic manufacturing enterprises can transform themselves into services in response to fierce market competition. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for the service-oriented transformation of manufacturing enterprises in our country.
